Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

ESTEME is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In such cases, reshipment or refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Resolutions such as replacements or store credit are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once an order is confirmed as delivered, ESTEME cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.
