At ESTEME, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

You may be eligible for a return, refund, replacement, or store credit if your item meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has size or fit issues

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unopened (important for hygiene reasons)

  • The item was used but found to be defective

Due to the hygienic nature of shapewear products, all returned items must be inspected before approval.


Hygiene & Product Condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, only unused, unworn, and unwashed shapewear items are eligible for return unless the item is defective. Products showing signs of wear, washing, or tampering may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not have a fixed list of non-returnable items.
However, eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, especially for hygiene-sensitive products.

Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

Depending on the case, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Full refund to the original payment method

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit for future purchases

The resolution type is determined based on the condition of the item and the nature of the issue.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping is provided for items that are damaged or defective

  • In other cases, return shipping responsibility is evaluated case-by-case


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Please note that additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
